If I wanted to drop a vts engine into my vtr whats the insurance going to say to it? would it cost more than it would for me to just have a normal vts.
Also whats the ruling on engine conversions? Who must you tell etc?

Need to do tax, MOT, declare it to the DVLA etc etc
It WILL effect your insurance, make sure you get your policy changed, 1560cc btw ;)

my list of mods before i even touch the engine makes my insurance £3000+ fully comp.
Ive now got my GTi engine on its way so insurance isnt really a problem. its gonna a whopper anyway.
