A while ago aI ordered some seat subframes from them off eGay. Paid for them straight away. Took them 6 weeks to deliver them and when I did eventually get them they were a pair of passenger side ones!!! D'oh!
A few emails and about 2 weeks later they eventually supplied the correct one and collected the wrong one!
Last night I left negative feedback for them on eBay accurately describing my grievances and they have emailed me today twice saying that unless I retract my feedback they will have no choice but to leave me negative feedback.

Anyone else had problems with revenge feedback on eBay? I'm getting sick of it now. Feedback is supposed to be an accurate representation of your experience with the other party!

It just narks me that companies like this think they can bully people into leaving positive feedback when they are quite clearly undeserving!
I have reported them to eBay and forwarded the email they sent me, so hopefully they will get their comeupance!

i hate them - they are arragant and i will never use them again. they are very protective over their feedback but have you noticed their negative comments are all the same = crap delivery. they also bully people into giving positive feedback, i ended up giving them positive feedback but left a nasty message.lol

TBH sounds like they arent to be trusted, feedback is to help other buyers and
sellers but they think its some fcuking playground kiddies game.
Think they need to be reported as they are missusing the feedback system. Worst
thing is though is they arent just a normal everyday seller, they are a company/shop seller!

Think about it though, £9 isnt worth much to them. Bad publicity will be much
more worse. So to them £9 isnt shit.
If you know they wont give you the bad feedback then go for it. But what if they
report you to Ebay saying "he bribed us for money so that he would alter the feedback"

Ebay sucks... I'm having trouble at the moment with the wheels I ordered.

My brother had a similar experience. He bought a Headunit adaptor wire thing. The seller was registered as being in Uk. The delivery took weeks and in the end it became obvious the seller was from israel. He didn't reply to any emails. So my brother left neutral feedback, saying that seller was from isreal and delivery took a long time but quality of product was good.
They Neg'd my bro saying he was a crook and a feedback stealer!!

I was gonna buy some new brake discs from these guys, not so keen now. They have no right leaving neg feedback for you, i wonder what they would even write? "he started it..." so childish & what an abuse of the feedback system!
Hopefully one of the 4 members of eBay staff will have a word if they ever have time...

Perfect way to deal with it....... although i usually wait until they leave the neg so ebay can retract it instantly.
After the first 7 days idave started a paypal claim, then escalated to a dispute after 24 hours if they didn't respond. Its the only way to get things moving, take their money away from them!!!

if you leave some one neg they will do it in return learnt from my mistakes.
just get the money back through paypal if it isnt what you asked for and a shit serivce. done it plenty of times.
ask them exactly how you have justified being left negative feedback and see what they say...
should have waited for them to leave good feedback first..

You can reply to negative feedback they left you, just put they left it you because you gave them negative feedback. Ebay should take it off if it's not deserved anyway.
Next time leave it on the 60th day. That's the last day you can leave feedback and they won't have enough time to leave it for you

Yep we orderd a roll cage, took 13 weeks to arrive. When we complained that it was bent they said it had been to long since we ordered it. I whent down there, took ages to find. Got me money back though.

i ordered a helmet for trackdays six weeks befor llandow and I didnt get it til the wednesday before when they said it would be at most 2 weeks !

Iv also had a bad experience with them. I ordered a helmet from them and they said they didnt have it in stock and wouldnt be getting anymore - why advertise it then?? They then said we have this helmet - twice as expensive, i said how about you shove it. Bunch of wasters!

It gets better! They have done nothing but bombard me with offencive emails this afternoon, and to make it even funnier they have been doing it through eBay, so they will be able to see it all!!!
I have reported them to eBay for threatening to leave negative feedback if their demands weren't met! Sounds like a hostage situation lol

send a copy of the email they sent to you and the story (quoted above) to ebay and ask thier advice mate, im sure they have a solution, as technically its blackmail!!!!

I have done. You can report a seller for "bullying"!
I sent them a copy of the original message from them and they've already replied! I just need to figure out how to get the hidden "header" in the message they sent to me so I can forward it to eBay
