If you have win XP you can d-activate it so the pop ups never come up.
Dont ask me how i did it smileys/smiley5.gif , i did it a while ago and it worked a treat.
If you do have XP then i could try find out again.

Im not on Xp, im on Pro win 2000 and im on aol (think that has a pop up blocker), iv got spysweeper installed and norton anti virus.What server are you on james etc?
I never get a pop up, only now and again when i go onto a site i might get one but its always in a blue moon.

If you have Windows XP SP2 you get the atomatic popup blocked along with a load of other security shite smileys/smiley17.gif
There are loads of good popup blockers around, but thats not the point really... popups are sheeite!

Yeh pop ups are really terrible.
My g/f's aunt doesnt have a clue how to work computers and she bought a comp worth 1600 (with a free digi camera) still fuckin dear.....anyway back to my point!
She spent all that money and everysingle time you clicked
on something with the mouse a pop up sprung up (every time) POP UP central or what!!

ok lee i know shite really about computers but here, i have windows xp and some anti virus thing called AVG 6.0, has any of you got a link or something for a good pop up blocker please ?, really do take the piss thanks.

goto google.com
search for google toolbar.
download it ad install.
has a built in popup blocker and is very good.. and useful for other search functions.
