Hi
The emissions on my Saxo are too high. How can I change the mixture? I know on older car you could do this by playing about with the carburettor. But on my car it has injector which I believe are controlled by the ECU. So do I need to get a garage to change the settings in the ECU? or is there a way i can do it myself?

Any ideas?

Cheers
J

I had the same prob mate with high CO emissions, failed the MOT as a result...Was told It could be the cat (which was still under warranty) so got that replaced for free...and still failed the retest!!:wall:

I have got a new lambda sensor in now so fingers crossed for the next test :err:

Cheer will give the the senor a try, and failing that have a look at the cat.
