Sounds good but there is Chinchaquento or however u spell it, going round my area with a punto turbo engine in it.He left my mate in his Glanza

Not bad. Waist of time imo, as we all know puntos aren't the best handling cars and with all this power it will end up torque steering into a tree. Or break down before the corner

its probably a fiat uno turbo engine that was put in it as the punto turbo unit is slightly taller and extremely hard to fit with only 1 person from grease being sucessfull iirc, but the uno turbo engine is shorter so alot easyer to fit and quite a few have done it. when done the 1.4 or 1.3 turbo lumpn will pull the chincechento to 60mph in 6.4 seconds but handles iffy due to the increased front end weight. ven aken used to do a 1.1 turbo kit for the chinc sporting aswell

i had a 180bhp punto gt, very quick in a straight line but the handling was not the best like u say but its not as bad as people make out could still keep up with most things in the corners and then do them on the strights

A lot of opinions on cars are well like chinese whispers. I have never been in a punto gt, but have seen one go around Castle Combe and it seemed to take the corners quite well. But I think he was running a koni suspension set up

This supercharged 1.2 is looking great!

my bro a couple of years ago turbocharged his punto 1.2 60s using the Van Aaken kit that was made for the cinqs. Now that was the fun days!
