snapped clutch cable

got a thread in the geneal chat section about my breakdown which ended up being the clutch cable snapping

av been tryin to fix it myself and i'm having trouble getting the clutch cable to come through the bulk head av unhooked it from the pedal but it just wont pull through

here some pics of the only bit i can seem to get a hold of the cable does everything seem right?

an this is the new cable i got is it the right one as i was told there was two different kinds.

just went out an gave it a beasting and i have managed to get the old cable out
but i cant see how i'll get the new one in myself lol its like flying blind i cant see anything past what u see in the pics lol

and the cable i bought seems to be the wrong one as the old cable is slightly different

went and got a new cable today this one looks exactly the same as the old cable :y: an it was 2 quid cheaper than the first one i bought so good all round :y:

updated general chat thread by accident

just wondering what kind of grease to use on the cable ends as i cnt really go any further without it and i'm tryin to get it finished today

lol well av finished fittin the new cable what a feckin joke it was lol
few cheating ways an its done hopefully wont feck up as i'm driving gonna keep checkin next few days
