No man, I had started before the snow foam arrived unfortunatlly, so thats just some cheap shampoo mixed 90-10 lol! Snow foam arrived literally 10 minutes after the car had been rinsed down. I was gutted lol

Don't feel guilty at all, it's all part and parcel of looking after your car lol
id say it took at least 12 hours for that maybe more
Took from about half 11 to half 6. Bear in mind the car was already pretty spotless from when i cleaned it a couple of days back, did not need claying etc. The paint work wasent also in bad condtion anyway, if it was i agree it would have taken 12 hours +. Still not 100% happy with my front wheels.. just cant shift the break dust no matter what lol

Dodo juice for shine/feel = 10/10, i'll let you know how it protects the car. Great wax to be honest.. makes the paint feel like silk. If you look past the state of the carbon bonnet the green paintwork is pretty spotless. Can't really fault it..

I just do it until the panel begins to haze dude.. make sure the compound is worked right in and then buff it off. Don't do it by passes :o with a decent light you can see when you need to stop lol

yeah i usually do it outside though as av no garage, but gonna see if i can blag my papa's garage at one point get lay'd into it. might look for a compound with more cut tho and maybe a rougher pad as i have some pretty bad swirls/scratches.

did you clay them last mate, clean the wheels as normal then do it last the suds may soften up the brake dust, failing that try an all purpose degreaser or a decent steam cleaner if you can, was it an aggressive clay??

Still not 100% happy with my front wheels.. just cant shift the break dust no matter what lol..
The only way to prevent this is to wash the wheels every couple of days, to prevent build up as it tends to bake into the laquer :panic:
