with de cat n manifold should be fairly loud i imagine and you should feel it accelerate faster too but it wont be very good.. however you will certainly feel the difference

the Raceland will give gains throughout the rev range.. It will feel a lot freer when accelerating and does change the exhaust not for the better...

raceland on my vts had a massive difference in performance for me although i went for a supersprint center sleeved onto a magnex back box that give it a better note but imo the magnex is dog poo and you might aswell have a standard exhaust on there for all the noise change it gave

Its definately a good idea. Replacing the engine manifold would be the first item on my list of things to do as well as a performance induction

Will a 4-2-1 pop aswell?

they often do.. but that can be disguised by the exhaust. A straight through exhaust should leave them audible
