Alpine V12 off ebay, don't look for anything else. Unless you spot a JL Audio 300/2 going cheap.

whats the spec of the sub then??
could be worth getting a mono amp for sub and 2 channel or 4 channel for components, should be able to get them for your budget just all depends on the rms of the sub

the sub is just a single coil infinity reference 12 inch, im planing to replace it for a decent JL 12inch

If you're not planning a kilowatt of bass you'd not go far wrong getting a 12w0 cheap off ebay, they can take some right hammering and are more efficient than most subs so sound louder off small to medium amps.
I have a 10w0 being spanked by a 750 watt Alpine amp and the little bugger laughs, not coughs, I can't make it distort.
