i saw a red 1.6 zetec focus at a garage today its on a 51 reg with 43,000 miles for 3,995 what you reckon a good price or could i do better?

My step dad has got an RS and to be honest, he has had his fair share of problems with it with in the 4 years of having it brand new! Price doesn't seem that bad to me though.

I've owned 3 saxos in 3 years and had no problems (well i have had problems but ive been able to fix them myself), unlike a few ppl i know who own fords. My mate has had 2 fords and its just problem after problem, My mum owns a ford and has no end of problems and i cant be arsed to carry on anymore. :A:

As I said before, my step dads Focus RS has had rattels, squeeks, banging and knocking sounds all around the car for stupid things that Ford couldn't get right. Now the exhaust is ratteling again!

focus's are slow as shit my dad has a 1.8 zetec and its not quick at all the turbo diesel ones are pretty nippy, a 1. 6 petrol focus wuud probably be like riding a camel
