Right then people. Basically. ive got 2 Fli 12" 4ohm Subs

And the amplifier im using to run them is a Phoenix Gold OCTANE-R 5.0:4
• 4 channel power amplifier
• 12dB HP/LP variable crossovers
• Full range aux output
• Dimensions: 13.75L x 10.875W x 2.25H

80W x 4 (4 ohm stereo)
250W x 2(4 ohm bridged)

Could Someone please tell me what would be the best way to wire this up?

As it sounds good and bassy when i just run one sub bridged but when i try and run 2 it sounds pathetic? Is it just that its not giving out enough power yeah? or have i wired it wrong. any suggestions welcome. i think it might just not be powerfull enough.

I'm sure I red somwhere and what I'm going to be doing is , take the positive from one sub and attach to the positive on the amp , run a wire from the negative on the same sub to the positive on the 2nd sub then from the negative on the 2nd sub attach to the negative on the amp

basicly on the amp you have 8 speaker terminals top row + - + - and the same on the bottom, to bridge an amp you need to use the outer + and - leaving the 2 iner terminals. this uses the power from both channels.

have a look on rockford fosgate.com they have a wiring wizard there which if you type in what impedence (sp) subs you have and how many it will show you the wiring. svc or dvc?
