brake problem

the light on the dash with the car swerving is on and the brakes feel weak and abs dosent appear to be working.any ideas??? cheers

well thats the abs warnig light err id check the sensors on the brakes as i hard they can go wrong

prob abs sensor not workin any garage will test it with a multi metre
