urgent - still not starting properly

the engine sounds like its turning over, but takes ages to fire up. when its running its fine, any ideas of what it could be. its a 2000 mk 2 forte 1.1

Could be clogged air filter, fuel filter, weak spark...those would be where I start. Easy and cheap to check and change.
