Hi folks,
The window tape on my VTR is beginning to peel and is looking nasty. i bought some new tape today and am wondering if any one knows ho to remove the old tape? where it is not peeling it's very sticky nd I think would be too hard to peel off. Any suggestions folks? :P

Hair dryer to heat it up and peel it off, then some petrol on a rag to rub the sticky residue left on it.
Jobs a goodn. Dry off and stick the new stuff on.
Or leave it off like i have. i personaly prefer it off.

yeah get a hairdryer on it first to warm the film up then peel it off while keeping it hot. then when its all off. put a bit of petrol on a rag and rub it against the door where the film was if theres any sticky residue left over soon takes it off mate simple.

Makes it a fuck load easyer to get off mate. jus warm it around the edges. then start peeling it off keeping the dryer on it . Wont leave as much sticky residue to take off either.
