RIGHT!!!!

now that we seem to have a good idea of what we're going to do. Hotel, camp, cars, pished, We need a list, and only a list. no chat about it, we can do that in the other thread. post here your name, to say we can definately expect to see you. if you can't say yes definately then leave it until you know.

Just makes it easier for me to book hotel rooms. Which will be another thread altogether.

I will take names as of Saturday 30th as the final numbers for the hotel booking. I will research numbers of rooms and if nowhere can hold us all we will need to look at multiple ones. cheers

Right. been looking at two hotels and in discussions with mr robinson. They both have rooms and are 49-55 quid. I suggest those peeps coming on their own, either get in contact with someone else on teh list to share with as that will cost cut (BAGSEE SLEEPING WITH SMITHY)
or just pay a whole shit load for one room.

there is ample parking and neither are further than 5 miles from town.

was thinking meeting at like 7 or 8 on the friday depending on how early peeps can get away i know i can't get there earlier than that. And then on out.

ANYONE LIVING IN NOTTS, OR KNOWING ANYONE IN NOTTS GET THE WORD UP ON WHERE TO GO. GAZZ HELP US OUT HERE!!!!!

donnington is open at 9 so wecan get there whenever. All day action. Get teh munch on and find a nice spot for the tents. ANyway.

Neeed to book hotels tomorrow, so will post details as soon as i hear from teh boss man!!!!!

yeah it would dude. But will tehy get here in time, and it's gotta be between 9 and 5, and i'm a bit like tied up at work, so will have to go outta my way. she seemed adamant about teh not selling out bit!!!!

getting closer to making a decision on teh hotel.

the castle marina place GAz and gat were talking about is 100 quid a room, teh one at riverside park was 55 and has 34 rooms availablke with on site parking and 1.5 miles from town centre!!!!

The Travel Inn on Castle Marina is £54.95 and 1/2 mile from the city centre, dunno if they have any rooms available though
