Why do people do it,

Just importing all my old cds from my old laptop on to new computer with a partition. So i ASSUMED my docs was on the D area, BUT NO!!!!!!!!

so now i have to do 2 hours of transfers from c to d and then back up on my external seagate!!!!

I hate the fact computers aren't set up with ease and safety thought of!

My Documents is created by windows on the same partition as your windows install by default I believe. You can change its location if you want to so this doesnt happen again!

All backed up though over night, and so much more organised now......My limewire days have got a lot to answer for....as has the fiance!!!!
