Hey guys relatively new thought id get some first pics of car up, as im a pretty keen modder yhings to the car should get done pretty fast as i have a tidy steady income.

So thought id get some early pics in!

Also a quick question, Since ive came on here ive been looking around on forum at meshing grilles and buying aftermarket ones etc etc. But it seems i have a different grille to the ones people are meshing out... or am i being paranoid? Ideas on grille please!

Yeah youve got the original mk1 grill the same as me, you cant mesh that one unfortunately. Dont like the wheels mate, sorry, plus it definitely needs lowering!!

one like that should fit or buy a standed mk1 one with the black grill on it mesh it yourself should fit yours

aye, thats the earliest grille. the grille thats in that ebay link is the meshy one, but for the love of god dont pay £60 for one!

but a normal one, and mesh it yourself :)

get the car lowered, it looks like its on stilts :panic:

yeah you can just cut the slat out and stick mesh behind it

it will look good m8 once it is lowered i would put the original petrol cap back on though.

also maybe invest in some vts/vrt rims?
