If you got the money go for it, im sure i answered a topic on this already but hey, yeah its expensive, but you only get what you pay for i guess. Cant speak for any other alarms cos i've only had a clifford but the 650 i had on my saxo was great, no faults, did evrything it was supposed to, never let me down, and most importantly did go off radomly when the wind blows like some sh**y ones do

edit: forgot to say how much: cost me about £469 in the end to get all the stuff i wanted on my 650 concept, another advantage of that alarm is that you can just pop back down to your fitter and ask for stuff to be added (remote start, window closure etc. depending on what you want on it)

lol! i think its laughable that citroen thought that there wasnt really a need to fit an alarm as standard to most saxos :err:

its the first thing i did when i got mine was to get a decent one put in, and will be the first thing on my new car as well

yeah i agree it is quite alot, but remember its cat.1 as well so it will give you brownie points with your insurer (and possible money off, i think i got about £40 off mine) but remember your paying for someone to install it as well, its not the sort of alarm you can just do at home in your garage unless your an auto eletrcician.

By all means have a look at the alternatives tho to compare features and such, you might be able to find a toad or something with the same features for less im not sure tho
