can anybody recommend a decent in dash CD/DVD player for a preety cheap price ( the motorized screen versions)
as im hoping to buy one in the near future
plus any pics if available
thnx.
whats amps/speakers/subs do you have?
whats your budget?

i do hope you have a good alarm mate
thre a magnet for thieves, i have one now and my old one got stoled the day before i was getting an alarm, due to them not being fully face off units thieve will be in
its up to you though, how much do you want to speand on one??
heres mine anyway, got it on ebay for 330 delivered, although i needed to rewire the loom, there are some bargains on there if you know what your looking for :y:

you dont have to its up to you, some insurance companys offer free ice cover, id tell them, its a lot of money if it gets nicked mate :y:

well a dont know, thieves will do owt for drug money :p
you could always get a dvd headunit (full face off, just like a normal headunit) and have screens in the sun visors, imo a lot more safer and is what i would do if i ever did a car install again :y:

not sure mate i didnt get mine insured, but will have to, ive got the car garaged and alarmed on the car and the garage
300 will probablies get you a DVD and sun visor screen deal, djrem got one, was from hong kong i think, pm him or wait for him to reply :y:

I have one of the ripspeed one's, pretty basic but does the job no less. Can't take the face off though which sucks a bit.

thats the problem with the ripspeed one you cant take the face off, where as other ones like mine are part face of at least, i still dont like that idea thou, i think they should of mad them do the top of the monitor retracts behind a shutter so it looks like its fully faced off
the ripspeed ones are made by pioneer but very basic, the price reflects how much the parts would of cost, i reckong they probablie spent 100 on parts max

i work at halfords and we sell the ripspeed ones, der pretty shit, go that little bit extra and buy a jvc avx33 399.99 from car audio security.

and the ripspeed ones are not made by pioneer trust me, its a random japanees company that halfords own.

mine got nicked in my old car, not bothered with one since, not worth it in my opinion, wasnt used that often either.
