well a new rad is only around 50-60 so he is charging nearly double that just for labour. i would fit is yourself as it isnt that hard. the most awkward part is bleading the system;)

^^^^^^^ as above mate you are being ripped off do it yourself its not hard to do at all. there are plenty of guides on how to do it as well. i did mine and took me less than 40 mins to do the whole job.
