i think i saw someone do it on here, but the black rough feelin sticker type thing that runs the length of the window and is on the front doors jus above the door handle upto the roof. wondered if this cud be removed, how hard it was, and what it looked like afta????

Yeah its just a sticker, you pull it off and then remove the goo with white spirit etc, and then wash it off quickly.
Quite a few saxos on here done have the stickers, imo they dont look right without em no sticker breaks up the window and the vertical line looks out of place

Yes it can come off, it just peels off.
You'll find that its the same colour as your car underneath, it will also leave a sticky mess on your car but you can remove that with t cut or somethin.

i wouldnt use t-cut i would use autoglym tar remover or something like that on black cars it looks nice ask for a photoshop or a pic requst to see it in the colour u are after :y:

very easy to do just heat the adhesive up with a hairdryer or glue gun and then SLOWLY and gently start to peel them back
I have two chips on my left pillar where the paint has chipped that i need to spray now but i think the sides look better without them, few pics in my thread of before/after and also Adz21 has some in his thread

Glue can be slowly rubbed off with a finger and cloth, just takes a little while

okies cool cool. afta readin wot ben_saxo put im not sure it wud look rite on icelandic grey wiv tinted windows mite look like an odd strip. hmmm cheers ppls
does look good on your car tho redbullet maybe cus its a darker colour

Black saxos - looks ok
Any other colour - looks poo. Leave it there
