Ok i was having a chitchat with my friend about where do you draw the line between what is a supercar, sportscar etc

Of course I'm always right so i know the answer but was wondering what your definition would be.

Anything that does 0-60 in 3 seconds or less. But there are some Jap cars such as the impreza which have been extensively tuned to do about the same 0-60 figure. Thing is I don't know what to class them as, apart from fast. As they are supercar teritory, but they don't have the exclusivety of a supercar.

think your right about sports car, but i would of sed 400 to 800 for super car then 900 plus for hyper car, imo.

a hyper car is all about the theatre this is the overall effect produced by the combination of the speed, power, looks, sound and price. however just because you tune a car to achieve this it doesnt make it a hyper car ie the top secret nissan skyline, its fast a fook but its still a skyline

prancing horses, lambos, porkers, gt40, some tvrs etc
