Rubbing noise

It started on Saturday and started quietly after i braked hard. Now its loud and anoying. First I thought it was the brakes rubbing because i braked hard and straight away it started doing it. Now it seems to do it all the time except when im accelerating. Sounds like it coul dbe from the engine bay, so I thought it might be some sort of belt rubbing?

Any ideas? Cheers

Just got it sorted.

Noticed my CV Boot was off, went garage they stuck a cable tie on it..Popped straight off 2 mins later. Stuck some new brake pads on, still there. Had boot done again with the same result.

In the end, my girlfriends dad did it, moved it about abit, cable tied it with some decent grease and jobs done.
