Sorry leeroy but no matter how hard i tried to cut down the list to 5 ive had to give up and produce a list of hardcore 6 cars.

My list consists not just of nice looking cars, but ones which a hell of a lot of thought and effort have gone into and the owners taking hours and hours of their time looking after them and getting them to where they are today :)

Ill do a search after posting for the best pic of each but the list goes like this:


1) Rushys- 106 GTI

Still remains the only car that id consider swapping mine for on the site if the opportunity arose :y: Pure quality and im told theres much more to come :)


2) Josh (jpsaxo's) Westie/VTS

Might not be the sexiest looking Saxo yet to the untrained eye, but by god the work done on it is to absolute perfection.

Very well thought out suspension an d brake setup converting a Westcoast to an absolute beast with a Cammed and Throttle bodied 16V engine

virtually all the work done by himself and his Dad and its been a big inspiration to my own VTS conversion project :)

3) Saxoholic's Euro beast

I wont bother giving much of an explaination here, look at the pics of it and it really does say everything about the quality and workman ship thats been put into this car

4) Simo's VTS Turbo

An absolute work of art...we all know about the beauty of this one :)

5) SamCook's VTS

If its a well looked after car you're looking for theres none better than this, you can shout Matt Westy all day long but after seeing both (especially Sams at FCS) the winner is clear, theres not a spec on Sams whether it be on the surface, in the engine bay or underneath the car itself

6) Cloud's VTR

'Subtle' perfection, back to the drawing board after its kitted days and produced an awesome looking Saxo

Clouds Saxo - mainly cause its how I wanted my VTR to look, plus
has some sexy rims fitted! Put the spoiler bad on lad!

Skorpions Saxo - I know hes going to be thinking (yea right) but this is a
great saxo and doesnt get half the respect it deserves imo. Im not a fan of Euro
to be fair, but Rich proved to me that Euro can look damn good! I know there are
other Euro cars on the site, but none look as good as this one imo. Plus for a MK1
on the standard paintwork, its stupidly clean!

Samcooks Saxo - Well besides the fact I cant beleive hes old enough to drive, it
is a real smart car. And clean on the inside as much as the outside. Im very very
very very very.... very very jealous of his interior!

Willsys Saxo - Again another West Mids lady. Forget the paint job, forget
the VT kit. The amount of work put into this car is stupid! If I was confident
enough I would try stuff like the work Matt did on his suspension. But im not
so lets move on!

Toads 106 - People may say its bias, fair enough. But imo this is the cleanest
106 Ive seen. Exterior mods are minimal, but it still looks amazing. Im not a fan
of silver cars usually. But look at it! And they are the perfect wheels for the job
too. Toads car always make me wonder why Ive spent so much on the exterior on mine...

I know there are plenty of other cars on here, and most of you are thinking "what
about me" trust me Ive been all through the forum. And love what most people
are doing. But im not a fan of in your face and OTT, but I dont like things being
too boring at the same time. The cars above have magic imo :y: Without
trying too hard at the same time.
Looks like people need more than refurbed VTS rims to pass my test lol!

Only just seen this thread and quite chuffed to see my car mentioned!

My fave 5 in order would be:

1 - Samcooks vts. - Modified perfection, maintained perfectly

2 - Mine. Simply because I have made it the car I want, spent a shit load and grafted solidly for 2 years to get it here

3 - Ash. Simple Euro touches brought together perfectly

4 - Willsys. No comments needed

5 - Yates. Not pretentious. Subtle 2 tone theme carried through
