Hair gel... wax... styling

What do you use?

I have some shockwaves extra strong hold stuff and its utter bollocks

Im looking for something thats very light and doesent make your hair look soaking wet..

Anything out there, nothing that holds to vigoursly either.. just light and easy to style with as the stuff I have is really hard to work with

I use Dax - Purple. isnt easy to get hold of as the blue and red stuff but its better. Its a fixture of both. If you have ever used either of the blue or red tubs you will know exactly what i mean by a mixture of both.
Only costs about a fiver too. bargin.

I recently started using the VO5 Texturising Gum.

Its not really expensive, you dont need to slap loads on to do your hair, it washes
out right away, doesnt have that wet greesy look, smells nice, holds really well...

Being honest tis the best stuff Ive used in ages, used to use shockwaves but
that was really sh#t!

i use vo5 texturising gum, or the matt clay, the matt clay is good if you're hair is thinned out otherwise it just clumps it together. never tried dax red by friends swear by it.

as for shampoo, herbal essences does the job, their conditioner is good too.

to make this thread even worse, use silvikrin maximum hold hairspray if you dont want you hair to move an inch
