1 year to go to the bejing olympics, so my sponsors put us up in the hotel to do some press work, i had to be up at 6am to do a live slot on radio 4, was meant to do 5 live soon after but the foot in mouth problem meant we got bumped, spent all day doing press work/coaching kids with kelloy holmes and ade adepitan etc...

we tried, our rooms outside window/door was locked. i planned on getting a bird back and banging her on the pitch, then i could brag id scored more times at upton park than the hammers will this season.
