rattleing cat heatshield??

the heatshield on my vtr's cat is rattleing will this affect the mot??

no.
take it off though, to stop the rattling.
will take 2 mins.

Yeah i took mine off years ago. No problems with it not being there at all (touch wood)

Or if you prefer to keep it on for whateva reason, then just spot weld it back in.
