basically i went to citreon 3 days ago and asked for a new manifold gasket cos i ordered a new manny. and they said they would ring back but they didnt. so i went back the next day and explained what happened and they said there were sorry and said sorry you will have to come in saturday being tomorow to order parts cos the parts bloke wernt in what a load of bollocks!

so at the end of the day im going into complain hard tomorow.

the point of this thread is there anywhere i could get one for my vtr other than citreon ive looked on ebay and theres only 16v ones also tried euro car parts online cost of one is 2.86 and 12 quid delivery wtf!

any ideas?

also i want my car lowered at the back more i dont really wanna take it to a garage cos the closest decent one is miles away in bristol could anyone come down and do it there be a tea and some cash waiting haha.

Check the yellow pages for parts suppliers. Most do 24hr shipping. We have a Unipart/Partco here, not sure how national they are but they have almost anything or can get it next day.

Lowering the back of a saxo is not for the faint hearted. Its not just a simple case of fitting smaller springs like other cars. There are two torsion bars that need to be adjusted. A right git if they are siezed up.
