to the right and a bit down from the oil cap (think its like a fuel regulator phase 2s only have them not phase 1), iv been told tht it restricts ur petrol and its best to take it off and there is a thread on here on how to take it off and why to take it off any1 know about it?

supposedly egr or somethin, its to cut emissions on the pahse 2s, you can take it off, its very easy to, does no harm, just need to cover the hole thats left where it goes into the block, easiest thing to do there is stick a bit of silcone in the hole on metal plate you take off, stick penny in there and then bolt back in, job done

exhaust gas recirculation, self explanatory :P
I removed mine, dont want that shit! :clapping:

We talked about this a few weeks ago on here. It's not an EGR valve,as it doesn't recirculate exhaust gasses. It actually just pumps fresh air into the head which helps protect the CAT and lower emissions on start up.
