How Do I do this?

torx bolts in the runners.
the ones on the door side are bolted towards the door.
t40 i think they are

orange wires just need uncliping.
i undid the bolts and pushed the seat forward so i could get under it.

they aren't allen keys... torx bits are what you need.

got my set of torx bits for 1.98 including p&p off ebay (y)

opposite of taking out, just make sure bolts tight...they could save ya life

best to get yourself a good set of torx bits as nearly every car manufacturer uses them :y:

can have the seats out in about 10 mins max :y:
