Isopon P40 - fibre glass - just add the hardener that comes with it and it sets hard.. has the glass fibres in it already... pretty easy to work with..

Isopon P38 - filler - easy to apply, easy to sand smooth, works well for coating the P40 to prep the surface ready for paint...

Both available from halfords :y:

Yup as above, I use P38 and P40 myself, worked a treat filling my door panel badge holes :)

Isopon also do a 'Metallik' it's good and easy to sand, but the p38 and p40 are great when used together :)

The Metallik is meant to be used for filling holes in metal surpisingly enough.. so ideal for refurbing wheels etc..

But P38 and P40 should be used for bootbuilds, bumper modifications etc.. when using plastic not metal..

Isopon Metallik is a bit harder to sand back aswell...

Whilst we are on kinda the same subject, what would you recommend to fill the fog holes? apart from plastic welding

fibreglass matting mate :ywhat i would do is put something like card board behine the hole, glue it in place with a hot glue gun then appy the fibraeglass matting over or even fibreglass filler

tbh matting is better imo
