door card alteratives

i have 2 big sheets of acrylic and am thinking about making some door cards from it, (carbon style door card shaped) but not sure about it?

didn't cost me anything as i just found it in the house.

i want carbon ones as i might be getting some 106 door bins soon, but for now i thought i might just give this a try, if it looks gash then i spose i can spray them black, oh the acrylic is clear.

so, shall i give it a go?

why not mate give it a go, you can use a paper template or even the foam stuff thats already there for templates

could even put som carbo film over them

Saw sum1 use plexi glass in black on a 306 rallye.

yeah, going to give it a bash at the weekend, got loads of free time.

if it looks gash then i'm going to get my dad to make some very thin aluminium ones and then get them powder coated black, that should look ok.
