The Rocker Cover Breather Pipe on the top righthand corner of my Saxo VTS engine keeps popping out and not sure how to get it to stay put? I've even tried araldite! I'm assuming theres mean't to be some kind of rubber O ring just inside the rocker cover but I think the monkeys at my local Citroen dealership forgot to replace it!
Any ideas? If it is an O ring can anyone recommend where I can get the correct sized one from?

Mine does this sometimes aswel i think.
Does it piss oil out of there aswel and then down onto your heat sheild?
Inside the pipe theres a yellow (maybe) ring which compresses and grips onto the little lip on the rocker cover pipe. Might just be able to buy just the ring seperatly i think.
Other than that you may need the entire hose that attaches to the cover.

No it's the metal part that fits into the rocker cover and is attached to the breather pipe that won't stay in the rocker cover.

I had this problem, the pipe was shiney from where i kept putting it back in the rocker cover in the end i got annoyed and made the breather pipe L peice where it slots in the rocker cover an oval shape and put it back in. It hasn't come out since.

i had this problem, the part comes attached to the vts rocker cover,u cant buy it on its own, only way around it is to buy a new rocker cover or DO what i did and get a copper pipe in there then a rubber pipe with a breather on the end, hope that helps

No worries, obviously its not ideal but it has solved the pipe keep popping off. Every journey i had to open the bonnet to put the pipe back in the rocker cover.

Did it catch fire or did the oil just burn on the manifold?
I hate that when there's oil burning smoke pissin out from your engine bay.

the oil went onto the manifold and the 2nd time the loom caught fire
or the other way around

Ooops, ok, better keep an eye on mine then.
Think it only does it when theres a large build up of pressure or if racing the bollocks off it lol
