Hi lads, just a quick question. I rang up a local bodyshop just wondering how much it would cost to spray the black strips of the front and back bumper and they quoted it at £50 for everything. This to me sounded like a fair price but was just wondering what everyone else thought.
Oh and whilst I have this thread open what window tints would look nice on an Icelandic Grey coloured car?
Cheers :y:

i think thats a very fair price! A full colour code will normally set you back £250 - £300 for £50 for bumpers is about rite.

Lovely stuff, cheers Daryl. What colour tints would suit the car now? Any suggestions?
Cheers

depends how good they are mate, tbh if i was getting colour coded, id want the front and back bumper all resprayed, ive never seen many good jobs where they have just done the black bit and not the whole bumper

Well I have seen this place do some respray jobs before and they have been excellent. I will let you know how I get on. I think I will get some smoke black tints.
Cheers

yeah without tints looks so much better mate, i used to have them on mine then ripped them out, im glad i did
for 50 pound for colour coding, seems rather cheap to me mate, make sure he preps them properly, and also ask to see some of his work, 50 pounds seems too good to be true and you know what they say about that dont you

sounds like a top deal on the bumpers, but you do mainly get what you pay for, so have to be carefull sometimes, wish you luck :)
and dont get any tints imo, ruin the car, keep all the windows nice and clean and it will look miles better :)
