i have just taken my car to get this done it costs about £70 (that was a quote not paid yet) i went to scatch and dent shop and they where more than willing, i watched for a bit then i had things to do but they use a heat gun and prise off the badges they used filler on the holes then i left. Not the biggest help if u want to do it ur self but most dent places will do it.

ive got mine going in to have this done aswell, but for the mean time take something the same colour as your car, cut it to fit over the holes and then tape it on from the inside, sounds like a bodge but doesnt look bad, and does the job whilst waiting to be done properly, that is if you have already removed the badges.
