Hi guys, anyone on here ever changed a thrust bearing, mines shot, my old man said it wont hurt as long as i dont leave it for ages but the noise does my head in so how much roughly am i looking supply and fit i.e how long to change for a good mechanic?

hmm is it the same sort of stuff involved as replacing the any of the oil seals in the gearbox?

to change one, not too sure how much they are though, wouldnt think there much

well it involves takin the box out if thats what you mean
then on the shaft that goes from your gearbox to your engine theres a bearing, thats the one you will be changing

sweet, i wont be doing it as im not mechanicly minded, hopefully get it done before the weekend
