View Full Version : What Mcgard locking nuts?

Ive just bought some McGard locking nuts for my VTS alloys. Ive just compared them to the VTS bolts and they dont look the same thread, the VTS bolts are tapered at the top and the locking nuts are a straight thread.
I got the M12 x 1.25 26001 SU are these the right ones?

I'll have a look tomorow as im off out, i got mcgard but they are for vtr wheels, more than likely the same though. I'll get back to you.

Email mcgard mate, they will tell you what ones you require. Iv just had to order some new ones as I over tighten my current ones and cracked them:oops: The came really quickly too:y:

halfords should have a book with all details, but il go have a look in garage for you see what mine say

You can get ones from citroen for 32 quid but apparently they are shit. I just got some off ebay for my VTS which were 25 inc delivery. Just waiting for them to come. Can send you a link if you want mate?

Thanks Yates, gonna order them direct from McGard now, I knew the ones I had looked wrong and I even used the guide in Halfords.........:n:
