gauge??????

what is the gauge beside the rev-meter, i think it is the water temperature, well what ever it is it does not move,

anyone got any ideas or any help me?

run out off petrol? lol? mk 1 saxo its petrol gauge i tink

lol its a mk 2 saxo vts, nah the petrol gauge is at the top, temperature gauge on the left hand side, not sure what it is on the right hand side .
