my car was quicker when it was broken?

i just spent 580 for loadsa new parts such as clutch referb gear box bottom arms engine mounts and its slower!? was faster when it was broken, iv covered a good 3-400 miles aswell .... any reason any1 could think of? :n:

The gearbox might need to wear in a bit... Also, have you taken into account the hot weather?

Maybe it needs a good service... ? Anything blocking the air intake?

u drivin it any different! it might just be running better and not as rough so feels a lil slower!

would put it down to the weather mate. my car somethimes runs slower when the atmosphere is tuffy.

cant see how anything you've done will make it run slower, if anything it should be running better (possible faster) as you've replaced old for new
