Knockin Noise on front passenger side Suspension area

Well its been doin this for about 2-3 weeks now but i aint sure wat it is.......it knocks wen u go over little bumps.......i just had a look under the front of the car and the suspension arm underneath the driveshaft/CV Joint is covered in oil?

is the rubber round the cv boot split? sound like u might have a dry cv joint ?

I had a look cant see nothing really so i dunno.....think i might sell up anyway wanna VTS if possible

sounds like a ball joint to me, mine was the same aint hard to do mate just pick up a wishbone from a scrappy cost about 20 bucks!
