have a look at the terminales to make sure no stray wires are touching other terminals or wires and check the earth :y:

best thing is to check TROUBLE SHOOT section in the manual.
how is it mounted? does it switch off after a set period of time, or is it random?
exactly as Preds said, check all wires (make sure they are tug tight) and you dont have them touching :)

when you make a joke, add lol or :P at the end - otherwise people might think your being serious mate...
If an amplifier doesnt recieve as much power as it wants, it will just not play as effienctly/as loud - it wont switch off.

Amp Is 2/1 Channel , I Had My 2 12" Subs (JBL GT4) Wired Like Sub 1 Pos+ To Amp Pos+ Then Sub 1 Neg- To Sub 2 Pos+ Then Sub 2 Neg- To Amp Neg , Then Took Them Out And Put In The Same Sub Only The 10" One And Was Bridged Then Took That Out And Put In The 2 12" Subs Again Worked For About 2 Hours Then I Was Farting About With Them Like The 2 Pos+ Together And The 2 Neg's- Together So It Was Bridged And The Protect Light Came On So Took Everything Out , Put I Back In Today , Still Wasn't Working Connected 1 Sub Bridged And It Worked , Connected The 2 Subs To A Terminal Each And It Worked , Tryed Bridging Both Together And The Light Came On Again Now It Dont Work Again :(

im at work so i have to skim read lol, and theres no way i can understand that at a glance mate...
...but it appears your fiddling around with wiring configurations? You dont wana put a resistance load on the amp lower than its capable of. if its 2 channel, most likely when bridged it will be at 4ohms, so i hope you havent wired it below that...
i could be totally wrong ill have a proper read when i get home :)

Typing With A Capital At The Beginning Of Every Word Does Not Make You Look Clever, It Just Makes Things Harder To Read :P
