As you may have heard my mate managed to get tickets to the fast and furious 4 premiere in London, Leicester square. He had asked if I had wanted to come with him and I was hardly going to turn the offer down.

What we were in for:

Trailer

Things werent looking promising, tickets for the trian on thursday hadn't arrived. At 11am my mate rang me from stourbridge (I was in Birmingham at the time for uni) stating he had just been out searching for the postie and grabbed his mail, luckily the tickets were in the packet. We met in the bullring and ran for the train.

Arriving in London it was straight on the tube to Green park. The tube was eerie, considerring the last time I had been on the tube was before the terrorist attacks I was used to the tube being ram packed and full of people chatting but the train was busy yet no-one really spoke it was just me and my bud chatting away.

Up from the tube and walking along the main straight by green park it was obvious that this part of London was quite a well respected area with lots of wealthy people roaming the streets.

Several maserattis and aston's later we had discovered we were lost. We asked one doorman (who looked slightly threatened by me as I approached him-backed off into the doorway to his other doorman ) he gave us a set of directions which tbh were useless. A chinese doorman later and we were walking towards the back entrance:

Several arguments later with the receptionist stating how the hotel should have been paid for I got through to the PR at Universal Pictures. She apologised and stated that it should have been paid for and it would be sorted, 30mins of sitting on the leather clad seats the manager came down and told us our room was sorted

The room wasn't anything special tbh:

the view from the window was interesting and better at night too. A man was playing with his dog in a suit!

After a lengthy shower and discussing what we were going to say to le stars. It was off to the station. We were running late it was 5:25pm and we needed to be there at 5:45pm as i was in brand new leather shoes I couldnt run just speedily walk, however I did grab this shot on the way to the station...:

^fcking gorgeous R8

And a few contradictions on the streets:

the tube was packed, when at Leicester square vue cinema's was even more packed out. We got escorted across the red carpet to a little "competition winners pen"

Paul walker was first to arrive and walk about signing shizzle.

Jordana Brewster then showed up:

shane lynch then arrived red-lining () his "track prepped vehicle"

Michelle Rodriguez arrived, and as a person she's genuinely really nice and quite funny

Paul walker then came over to us in the pen and the girls next to me asked if I would take a shot with him for them, I said yes and set it so they got two pics, he then saw my camera and asked if I'd like a pic... I joked and said "lets make this as un-gay as possible" he laughed and took the pic, I think I failed somewhat at the un-gayness

Just as he was taking the shot it didn't seem to be taking it so he got caught mid sentence in this pic

He signed my ticket and signed my mates DVD. Michelle rodriguez then came over and began to chat with us.

"so who am I signing this for?" -Michelle
"me, err, oh Sean sorry" -Me
"haha erm is that Shawn with a W, or a U?"
".. err with a EA... haha...?"
"EA? But I've already put the A first..."
"It don't matter "
"haha well why's it spelt scene anyway?"
"It's the irish way."
"Oh so you're irish?"
"haha nah my grandma is, cheers for the signature btw"
"Was nice meeting you irish sean see you all inside"

Vin Diesel then arrived late and got rushed into the front, our pen was then opened up and we were asked to go into the Cinema and grab our seats and to wait for the speech, on the way into the cinema Vin Diesel was rushing out and his bodygaurd shouted "nobody touch vin diesel!".. wtf me and my mate thought, first we didnt get to meet him and now he's walking off. My mate was fuming but I was just enjoying it.

After a speech about why Diesel gayed out on us all (apparently because he had a chat show, but Paul walker said it was because he was in a huff about losing a race at a track nearby... M25 ring perhaps? LOL):

The film began and it was awesome, best one out of the four so far tbh, and there will be a 5... left it on a nice cliffhanger. It's good how Diesel and Walker meet again in this film. Has something happen which you really dont expect, but it was an absolutely awesome film and if you enjoyed the first one I'd reccomend going to see this one, alot more action and the scooby in this one tis nice, skylines make another appearance... funny that

I can see it being the summer movie for me.. (I realise it's not April yet )

Sorry for the long read, there's more to tell but I'll just keep those picture for another time, cheers for reading. It was a great day out.
