I also saw a pigeon today. Just had stepped off the bus, saw a-what looked like a fake toy pigeon laying on the pavement. As I got closer it furiously shook it's head at me, and on looking closer it's legs were twisted... and instead of throwing a pallet at it I went home and contacted the RSPCA.

They told me that I should carry it to the nearest vet (a mile and a bit away) and up to £60 expenses would be paid for... what does that actually mean?...

Well, The Piper backbox with a supersprint race section, decat and a raceland 4-2-1 was a tad to loud, plus the loss in back pressure.

Hey gang, ive picked my guitar up.
Seeing as im sober, its given me a shit load of time where I'm not asleep.

I've spent the weekend with a pal for their 21st.

The whole limit the drinking to a minimum is working well. Ive been waking up at 7-8 in the morning with a clear head and mind.
Its feeling really good and my sleep is almost becoming like a time clock.

Well past few weeks I have been feeling very unsettled with everything really..

Im not happy with the house any more, I love the house but other things are starting to get to me and Im just not forward enough to say how I feel to the house mate!

Im pretty fed up with her as a whole, and my advice would never buy a house with a mate.. especially a moody cow like her

Now with all this thinking and uneasiness she goes and asks if her bf can move in.. Tbh it would work out £100 quid cheaper a month, but is it really worth having to put up with him...

Last night i got in at 1am and its the first time in months Ive returned home stringing a sentence together.

It was really weird feeling that time on a friday night and still having feeling in my hands and feet.


I fell asleep knowing that today wouldnt be plagued by a headache and an urge of hair of the dog.

Although I've got minimal plans for this evening, I probably...

Well its 6 months to this date since I had my Accident.

I have had physio and still go twice a week to the Gym set up by the Physio Department at the Hospital (Crosshouse), where I have an excreise programe.

15 Minutes on a Spinner Bike
10 Minutes on the Treadmill
80 Stepups with two 8KG Weights
80 Calf Raisers
Knee Extensions (Specialist Elastic Band tied to a Bed)
Wobble Board
Rocker Board
Single Leg Stands

Now this all lasts about 1hr.

When I next have to go in (Tuesday 16th) their going...

Its awesome.

The closing parties are fast approaching. And if i had the money, i'd be there instantly.
