These Ecotek valves aren't bad - they get bad rep for giving claims of stupid power gains, i never expected anything much to be honest from it but it has made a small but noticeable difference when changing up, and any performance gains for £12 can't be bad! also fitted a spare mini breather filter to it that i had lying around to deaden the noise a little.
