Looks very tidy.......very nice work ATSpeed!!

Omex looks a very neat unit in the engine bay aswell...........trying to make decisions on ecu's etc etc is driving me insane.

atspeedracing 11th May 2011 10:47

fitting them in place of stock ecu makes install much faster (and cheaper) means we can utilise the stock main power relay etc. and by time we have routed the wires and the ecu cover is back, nobody is none the wiser. ecu in car looks very good, especially when combined with all fuse box relocations etc, full wire tuck.. but takes a long time, so makes for a big bill!

we try to make the turbo conversions look as though they are supposed to be there from factory. takes a lot of planning - but ive done 1 or 2 before ;)

by time dan adds on his ecu cover and coilpack cover, should look quite nice i think. silver and black for a silver and black car :)

Looks awesome colin! Literally cannot wait to have it back!! :)

Wayne 11th May 2011 12:43

Looks flaming awesome:P i so cannot wait now till mine is up with colin;) dan i'd get some bilt hamber dynax ub aerosol underseal for your inner chassis parts where your ecu is etc that will kill rust altogether, this is the stuff http://www.carnaubawaxshop.co.uk/det...VyP3NvcnRieT0= or if your planning on spraying bay then forget the dynax:P

well its all mapped bar some cold start fettling in the morning. car made good power too. should be very fun to drive, its very responsive and quick turbo spool :)

i have stayed late tonight to finish building the exhaust system. its all tacked in place ready for stainless welding tomorrow, once done that its just a case of making some stainless hangers, give the tailpipe a good polish, and the car is good to be collected :)

here are exhaust assembly pics:
