Jamie 18th February 2010 10:17

So sad.

R.I.P Gav

Although id never met him at a show, i know he loves cars and was a nice person.

Dan-Subtle 18th February 2010 10:26

Just seen this and cant believe it.

although i never met him face to face he was always a laugh on here and always made people laugh.

Such a sad loss at such a young age.

Thoughts are with his friends and family.

R.I.P

makaveli144 18th February 2010 10:27

RIP Gav, thoughts to the family and friends.

Ruddy 18th February 2010 10:27

Does anyone know why he was going to look at a 106? Thought he had sold his type R so would of expected him to be looking at 'better' cars...

Still cant believe he has gone.

leeroybrown 18th February 2010 10:29

He has always fancied one, even tried to get him to get a 182.

But he always wanted the EVO, but I think was unprepared to be 2.5k insurance for one.

Was looking at this rallye as I think it was a 16v, it wouldn’t have last long, he sells them as quick as me, even quicker!

I had just convinced him to FCS show as well, not that , that’s gonna happen now :{

moxy89 18th February 2010 10:31

maybe was cheap... his car always looked very tidy.. little bit of profit to be made on it ?? who knows.. i didnt no him but like many have said he was always involved in the banter. R.I.P mate..

there the answer above..

gazwhittle 18th February 2010 10:36

Enjoyed a'many post by this guy, and by the looks of things so has everyone else.

He is truely lucky to have such good friends and followers..

Dont know him personally but always nice to pay respects.

Rip..

leeroybrown 18th February 2010 10:38

Bit more of a updated thread

http://www.westerntelegraph.co.uk/ne...Penally_crash/

Toms112 18th February 2010 10:40

Never met the guy but has always been a sound member on here. Always game for a laugh. Never nice to hear about someone in crash let alone someone on here. Respects to his family.

RIP

Both having the parade lap at FCS dedicated to him and raising money for a Sax-P wreath are awesome and very good ideas.

Does anyone know his family? I should imagine it'd be nice in a week or so for them to be shown this thread as a tribute from us.

What a tragedy.... Never knew the chap in person, although I feel I must pay respects to him and his family nonetheless. I remember his Type R thread.

RIP Japman.

gdwelsh 18th February 2010 10:48

Unusual for me to post on threads like this because I like to believe that things like this dont happen, it is however the case and so many young lifes are cut short with or without blame.

RIP Gav.

welshy23 18th February 2010 10:50

RIP dude, bad time a sad day for welsh people and everyone else. I only posted with you once on a thread about my car being in a ditch. But you seemed cool as hell. :y: But im sure if there was any way you would wanna go i bet it was like that.

arsenal_69r 18th February 2010 10:50

readie 18th February 2010 10:53

was thinking a black stripe sticker in the windows of the cars at fcs would be a good thing to do

leeroybrown 18th February 2010 10:55

I hope his Dad is a strong man :{

Having already having to say goodbye to his wife, he now has to do it again with his son.

No parent should ever have to do that
