Quick question. Will these be okay with HID kits ? Or will they melt the new paint ? Need for high temp paint ?

if using a hair dryer what do ou heat along the seem or do you just put it facing the light head on and leave it to heat the whole light?

One question though, could i put the inserts in the oven to dry them?

Ive just done mine, the right side went perfectly but ive ruined the left side. I left it in the oven seconds too long and too high up now i need a whole new light. Costly mistake. Great guide just dont screw up! :)

just waiting for my black paint to fully dry then theyre going back together.

mine took 10 minutes at gas mark 2 in a flame oven, i just put them on the glasses in the bottom of the oven.

funny, one insert rubbed down and was black plastic underneath the other was silver..

would it crack the paint if i sprayed em n used HID bulbs??

anyone know what glue i could use insted of reuseing the old stuff???

just thort it would be better useing ne glue to get a better seal??
