hi all thanks for your comments so far :y: ill upload some pics tomorrow as i cant find my lead for my phone. but ive taken everything back off the car now as its all been fitted. i bought some heat proof sealer for on the welds to stop them rust then painted all under the car. ive cut the boot floor for the shock mounts ive just gotta finish them off then paint them.then start fitting everything back in.and ive started running the wires for the ecu. and iam 90% done on the manifold for the turbo. ive been thinking of spraying the car black with black wheels with dimond cut edges round the wheels. and some crome calipers what do you think. i dont really want it a show car as long as its fast and looks ok but i dont want to drive round in a shed :P .

painted the gearbox

this was all the wire for the megasquirt ecu

this was the moc up to get all the measurements for the shocks

this is the tunnel with the heatproof tape ive sealed it then put the tape on to make sure no fumes or crap gets in the car but ive sealed all the under side anyway. ive gotta knock the dent out it was free steel so it had a few knocks and dents here and there.

this was the trail fit of the back end

wow turbo motor.its the only way to go on a project lik this tbh.they are very tunable,300bhp is not hard to achieve.now imagine that in a rwd saxo lol

awesome mate cant wait to see this complete

oadamo 11th August 2007 15:30

i no the updates are a bit crap at the moment but most of what iam doing is trail and error. but it is all coming together. heres a teaser of whats going in the engine bay.the engine is already rwd and turbo so i havent gotta mess about with the zetec putting loads of money into it. as the audi engine is already to bolt in then just wire the ecu up and get it running.
