Gav was a good friend and will be missed ! Gav gave me opitunity to do my first 16v wiring up in his old VTR and in that respect opened up a lot of doors for me for this i'll always have a lil spot there for him , and was`always up for a laugh when he bump into me and jackman at events and meets !

Sorry it had to be me that broke the news to you Jackman but i thought youd want to know asap !

Just spoken to Jamie again (they bloody welsh are hard to understand).

What I think he said was that they are selling his car and parts of cars and putting the money towards cancer research, as Gavin lost his mother 8 years ago to this and its been close to his heart ever since.

This is really terrible-makes me think as i've got two sons a bit older than this young guy-he sure sounds like he was a really fine and well respected young man, i can only hope his dad is coping with this-God knows how any parent could. RIP fella.

I lost my best mate (he was 22) he died in a car accident 3 weeks ago.

Itsa terrible thing i cant imagine what his family and close friends are going through!!

as with many people on here i never met him in person, but he seemed to be a down to earth guy. its always a shock that someone you have met or even seen online can go in an instant. my condolences to his friends and family for such a tragic loss.

always saw him as one of the top, frequent members on here.

I had gav and his mate at one side of me, Leeroy and Shauny at the other side arguing at the top of their voices through me.
