Ordered my brake upgraded today at work.. silver zinc coated 283mm discs and mintex pads, with either 306sxi calipers or 206 gti ones :y:

Having new suspension all round as its fucked atm, along with a 266mm brake set up.. :y:

Bought some brembos, but was too heavy for my liking, so bought some 307 calipers instead. Got my 266mm discs, grooved and silver zinc coated from work.. look the sex. be fitted at weekend, along with new suspension!

Progress on my discs, i ordered them in tuesday, arrived tuesday afternoon, starting making them wednesday, and then sent them off to be zinc'd in Silver.
Heres pictures:

They're 266mm 307HDI discs, ready for my 307 calipers :homme:

What sort of oil breather setup have you got on the rocker cover? Try going back to the standard airbox and breathers before you spend any money. Might also be worth getting a second opinion too - I don't buy what this guy is telling you tbh.

id still def check it first tbh. its not hard to check them, i did mine the other day it tokk about 15 mins

i can get one i guess.. do you know benefits of a bored bottom end? i'm sure i've heared that before.. :wacko:

I know it would make it quicker, that's all I know - not clued up on bottom ends myself.
